Bad leaders rely only on their title for obedience and compliance. They command respect only out of the fear people have of their power due to their current title or position. This kind of leadership do not endure.
If you do not inspire people and have not earned their respect; they will only relate with you out of fear until you are no longer in that position. Then you will lose all respect from the people.
A leader is one who SEEKS RESPONSIBILITY, not Authority. Authority comes as we fulfil our responsibilities with a servant’s heart & a humility. Transformational Leaders Touch a Heart b4 they Ask for a Hand. U must be genuinely interested in people & not what u want from them.
