Nigerian need to stop using emotion to make decisions on national importance.

You can have someone who is very decent, honest and committed, yet incompetent to do a job AND you can have someone who is pretty much personally flawed but excellent on the job.
Someone being a good individual does not mean they cannot be hopeless at their job. So when we examine our public servants, we should look at performance first and not whether they are good individuals or not. A Good man doing a Bad job leads to Bad OUTCOME for everyone.
